1. Place an order<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

The buyer can place an order in the following ways:<\/span>
\n1.1 From the product page, through the \"Add to cart\" option<\/span>
\n1.2 Through the contact form on the \"Contact\" page<\/span>
\n1.3 Via WhatsApp to the indicated number<\/span>
\n1.4 By email to info@gabrientum.es<\/span><\/p>\n

To complete the ordering process, the customer assumes that all contact details provided are complete and correct.<\/span><\/p>\n

To complete the request, the seller will send the buyer, for confirmation, the personalized sales offer or the payment proforma through the means and communication channels provided.<\/span><\/p>\n

2. Payment method<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Payment for orders is made as follows:<\/span>
\n2.1 For products available in stock or from an external supplier: full payment in advance by bank card or bank transfer, according to the proforma issued by the seller and sent to the buyer through the communication channels provided.<\/span>
\n2.2 For products not available in our stock or from an external supplier that require production on request: a minimum of 50% in advance by bank transfer upon confirmation of the order + the difference once production is completed and before delivery, according to the proforma issued by the seller and transmitted to the buyer through the communication channels provided.<\/span><\/p>\n

Orders are considered firm and confirmed only after full or partial receipt of the value of the proforma issued, as applicable.<\/span><\/p>\n

The seller's prior issuance of a personalized sales offer or pro forma for payment does not constitute a confirmation of acceptance or reservation of the order and does not obligate the seller in any way until the buyer confirms payment.<\/span><\/p>\n

3. Delivery conditions<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

For products available in our stock, the usual delivery time is 3 to 5 working days from order confirmation.<\/span><\/p>\n

For products not available in our stock, but available from the external supplier, the usual delivery time is 8 to 10 working days from order confirmation.<\/span><\/p>\n

For products not available in our stock or that of an external supplier, and which require a waiting period or production on request, the delivery time will be analyzed and communicated promptly before the order confirmation.<\/span><\/p>\n

Deliveries are made through transport companies or postal\/courier services throughout Spain.<\/span><\/p>\n

4. Packaging and shipping costs<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Orders are delivered in cardboard, PVC, or wooden packaging, depending on the packaging options offered by the manufacturers. In exceptional cases, for low-value orders or those requiring additional packaging, additional fees of up to \u20ac10 per package may apply.<\/span><\/p>\n

Orders over 1000 euros qualify for free shipping.<\/span><\/p>\n

Orders under 1000 euros are subject to shipping costs.<\/span><\/p>\n
