Ordering and delivery

1. Place an order

The buyer can place an order in the following ways:
1.1 From the product page, through the "Add to cart" option
1.2 Through the contact form on the "Contact" page
1.3 Via WhatsApp to the indicated number
1.4 By email to info@gabrientum.es

To complete the ordering process, the customer assumes that all contact details provided are complete and correct.

To complete the request, the seller will send the buyer, for confirmation, the personalized sales offer or the payment proforma through the means and communication channels provided.

2. Payment method

Payment for orders is made as follows:
2.1 For products available in stock or from an external supplier: full payment in advance by bank card or bank transfer, according to the proforma issued by the seller and sent to the buyer through the communication channels provided.
2.2 For products not available in our stock or from an external supplier that require production on request: a minimum of 50% in advance by bank transfer upon confirmation of the order + the difference once production is completed and before delivery, according to the proforma issued by the seller and transmitted to the buyer through the communication channels provided.

Orders are considered firm and confirmed only after full or partial receipt of the value of the proforma issued, as applicable.

The seller's prior issuance of a personalized sales offer or pro forma for payment does not constitute a confirmation of acceptance or reservation of the order and does not obligate the seller in any way until the buyer confirms payment.

3. Delivery conditions

For products available in our stock, the usual delivery time is 3 to 5 working days from order confirmation.

For products not available in our stock, but available from the external supplier, the usual delivery time is 8 to 10 working days from order confirmation.

For products not available in our stock or that of an external supplier, and which require a waiting period or production on request, the delivery time will be analyzed and communicated promptly before the order confirmation.

Deliveries are made through transport companies or postal/courier services throughout Spain.

4. Packaging and shipping costs

Orders are delivered in cardboard, PVC, or wooden packaging, depending on the packaging options offered by the manufacturers. In exceptional cases, for low-value orders or those requiring additional packaging, additional fees of up to €10 per package may apply.

Orders over 1000 euros qualify for free shipping.

Orders under 1000 euros are subject to shipping costs.

Applicable packaging and shipping costs are detailed and transparent in the customized sales offer or proforma invoice issued for payment.
