Description
Profile for expansion joints – Novojunta 2 It is a profile for expansion joint, made of co-extruded PVC, formed by two bodies, rigid and flexible, which allow absorbing small variations of movement offering good resistance.
The denser zone acquires the ideal rigidity for supporting the tile and adapting the mortar, while the upper zone, of lower density, allows movement without permanent deformation thanks to its greater elastic limit, absorbing contractions or expansions.
This movement joint is available in a wide range of colors.
General Recommendations
- For exterior pavingIt is recommended to close off surfaces up to 16 m²2 at most, without the distance between the joints being greater than 5 linear meters.
- For pavimentos interioresWith less temperature variation, it is recommended to enclose surfaces up to 40 m²2 at most, without the distance between the joints exceeding 8 linear meters
